Growing Access to Care, Together
Ivy Health partners with health systems, health plans, therapy organizations, and clinicians to expand access to high-quality outpatient therapy, while keeping care local, clinically grounded, and people-first.
As the parent brand supporting our therapy organizations, Ivy Health brings together strong local practices with shared standards, infrastructure, and long-term support. Our role is to help partners grow thoughtfully, meet demand, and serve their communities well – without losing what makes their care special.
Our approach to partnership
We don’t believe growth should come at the expense of quality, culture, or trust. Every partnership with Ivy Health starts from the same place: respect for what already works, clarity about what support is needed, and a shared commitment to doing right by patients, teams, and communities.
Across partnership types, our approach is consistent.
- Support what’s already strong. We build on existing clinical expertise, relationships, and local identity.
- Strengthen care through shared standards. Alignment matters – not to make care feel corporate, but to make it reliable.
- Reduce friction, not add layers. Our role is to simplify operations so clinicians can focus on care.
- Grow intentionally. Expansion happens with purpose, pacing, and long-term sustainability in mind.
That philosophy guides how we work with health systems, health plans, therapy practices, and clinicians alike – and why our partnerships tend to last.

Partnership models across the Ivy Health network
Health system & health plan partnerships
Ivy Health works with health systems and health plans looking to strengthen or expand outpatient therapy services without starting from scratch.
Partners collaborate with us to:
- Extend therapy services into new or underserved communities
- Increase capacity amid recruiting and access constraints
- Support care coordination across settings and specialties
- Align outpatient therapy with value-based care and access goals
Our network model allows partners to balance local delivery with system-level reliability, bringing consistency, reporting, and clinical alignment without disrupting existing relationships or workflows.
Practice partnerships & M&A
Ivy Health also partners with established therapy practices through affiliation and acquisition. These relationships are built on trust, transparency, and respect for what made the practice successful in the first place.
Practice partners often value:
- A clear path for growth or long-term succession
- Support that reduces administrative and operational burden
- Shared clinical standards and development opportunities
- The ability to maintain strong local identity while gaining network support
Some practices continue operating under established local brands. Most choose closer alignment over time. What matters is that change happens intentionally, with support for teams, patients, and the communities we serve.

Clinician-led growth (De Novo partnerships)
Ivy Health also partners directly with clinicians who want to build something of their own. Through our De Novo partnership model, experienced clinicians work alongside Ivy Health to open new outpatient therapy clinics, combining local leadership and an ownership mindset with the operational, clinical, and strategic support needed to launch and grow sustainably.
De Novo partnerships are designed for clinicians who want:
- A path to ownership without going it alone
- Support across site selection, build-out, operations, and growth
- Clinical autonomy paired with shared standards and mentorship
- The backing of a network built for long-term success
These partnerships reflect our belief that great care starts with empowered clinicians, and that growth works best when it’s rooted in local leadership.

Clinical excellence at the center
Across every partnership model, clinical quality is the foundation. Ivy Health invests in shared standards, education, and performance measurement to support strong outcomes for patients, families, and partners alike.
This commitment shows up through:
- Structured clinical development and mentorship
- Continuing education and specialty training
- Quality assurance and outcomes tracking
- A culture of learning, accountability, and support
Our focus on clinical excellence includes collaboration with leading institutions like Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) through Ivy-HSS Centers of Excellence and Ivy-HSS residency programs, supporting advanced training and evidence-based care across our network.

Community partnerships
Across our network, local clinics and teams build relationships with the communities they serve, through schools, youth sports, nonprofits, and community organizations.
While Ivy Health doesn’t manage community sponsorships centrally, we support our teams in showing up locally in ways that feel authentic, responsible, and aligned with our values. These partnerships reflect our belief that strong care starts with strong community connection.
Community partnerships are led locally through our care brands and clinics, shaped by the needs of the communities they serve.
