Ivy began with one physical therapy clinic in 2003 and grew through local leadership, trusted partnerships, and a belief that better care starts with people.
How We Got Our Name
Rooted in Purpose, Growing with Intention
Like the plant we’re named for, Ivy Health grows by staying connected. We put down roots in local communities, adapt to what people need, and grow stronger through the teams and partners around us.
Today, that includes more than 750 clinics across orthopedic and pediatric care, with physical, occupational, speech, and ABA therapy teams servicing communities across the country. That size helps us invest in people, share what works, and support care at every stage of life.
But growth only matters if it still feels personal. We trust good people to lead, stay close to the communities we serve, and keep working together to make progress feel possible.

Speech-Language Therapy
Communication looks different for everyone. Our pediatric speech-language pathologists support kids with communication, language, feeding, and swallowing in ways that build on their strengths.
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Every child has their own strengths, needs, and way of experiencing the world. Our ABA teams provide individualized support to help children build meaningful skills and greater independence.

Care Without Borders
Some of our clinicians travel to Honduras and the Dominican Republic on fully supported medical mission trips, partnering with One World Surgery to bring surgical and primary care to communities who wouldn’t otherwise have access. It’s some of the most meaningful work our team does.
Grow Somewhere New
IVY Roam gives clinicians a chance to spend 13 weeks in a new community and clinical setting, full benefits, tax-free earnings, and a retention bonus included, so they can grow, explore, and bring what they learn back to their patients.
